Dispatch of the gas-vapor activating furnace “KVARK-500” took place on 27 December, 2017 to the customers from Kyrgyzstan. This equipment is used due to the project for obtaining of activated carbon from shell of all types of nuts, fruit trees pits and other types of feedstock.
The experiment on apricot pits activation in gas-vapor activating furnace “KVARK-500” was performed at “Jelezno” plant.
Two new videos about exploitation of vapor-gas activation “KVARK-500” are available to be watched: 1) "Exploitation of gas-vapour furnace activation «KVARK-500». Obtaining of active carbon from anthracite and charcoal"; 2) "Activation of rice husk in the drum furnace "KVARK-500".
Part “video” of “Pirotex” pyrolysis plant was replenished with new video about the exploitation of 42-tons plant, which processes large-sized, middle-sized and small-sized waste tires. This equipment is complemented with two carbon processing lines “Konstanta”.
As being small enterprise support, manufacturing plant “Jelezno” announces the release of gas-generators “UGLAS-800” lot at special price of 46 283 Euro. This lot consists of five gas-generators in the simplest complement, which have standard capacity from 3,5 (forcing underrating) up to 7,5 tons of feedstock per day.
Technokomplex company informs, that pyrolysis plant “Pirotex” from the manufacturer Group of companies “JELEZNO” has gained European certification CE
Pirotex pyrolysis plant (up to 7 tons capacity of feedstock per day) was supplied to Czech Republic in the beginning of February, 2017. The designed purpose of the equipment - plastic's utilization.
On January 2017 the final assembling of Pirotex pyrolysis plant with the capacity 2 tons of feedstock per day on source feedstock is finished in Stavropol territory, Caucasian Spas.
In October, 2016 there was an installation and activation of Gas Generator “UGLAS-800” in Estonia. The aim of this project is to generate electric energy from sawdust and wood chips. Accordingly, the complement includes not only Gas Generator, but also Gas-powered electrical generator. In this case the capacity of Gas-powered electrical generator was 200 kW.
